Bom Dia,

….as they say here in Portugal.

I am so excited to be on this journey and phase in my life now that I have moved to Western Europe.  A plan of 7 years and a dream that has come true and I continue to follow.

I hope you’ll join me as I blog about wine and food as I travel throughout Europe primarily. 

Why blog about wine? What I know for sure is that everyone has a palate for tasting wine.  You don’t have to be an expert at wine to know what you like or don’t like.  Be adventurous, try some new varietals or maybe even focus on a particular region of wines from time to time. Take advantage of wine recommendations from friends, this blog, restaurant sommeliers and other industry insiders. You just never know what your next great find will be. The most important point of course is to have fun with it.

I really do hope you do try some of my tasting suggestions, sometimes with food pairings. Did you enjoy the wine? What are your thoughts? Let’s have a conversation!
