Let’s go to New Zealand

When a wine doesn’t have a bouquet I find it hard to go forward with the tasting. It’s about first impressions, right? When you meet someone for the first time and you can tell their mind is somewhere else, it’s like that for me with the bouquet.

Ok so let’s be open minded. Tasting this Chardonnay I am back into the tasting. The body is medium to slight heavier in weight and I like how it wraps around your tongue and lingers too. I would pair this up with a nice spinach and Jarlsberg quiche. For this Chardonnay, keep it slight warmer than you normally keep your whites for serving. You can’t go wrong with the vanilla and butter undertones either. Enjoy!
