The floral fragrance reminds me of the first whiffs of a special eau de parfum. It’s so light yet you can smell several layers of fragrances. I don’t know my flower varieties but I do love the fragrance of them. Kudos to the winemaker for balancing what seems fragile yet lingers. The taste of this wine is delicate and smooth. Medium bodied and smooth, it was pleasantly crisp and full flavored. Apples and flowers are very present in this wine. Refreshly they stand on their own thanks to the use of stainless casks. Great wine, highly recommend.
