So apparently I have been tasting and dining more than I have been posting on this site. I hope to get back into it in 2026/2027. Yes it has taken a good three years for our “situation with medical issues” to tamper down enough to get out and see the world. For those who know us, they know what I’m talking about. We literally froze our lives for almost three years of the five we had been in Portugal. We just started with a trip to Cork, IE. Agreeably that was more of a whiskey tasting trip than wines. I did discover I do have an affinity for whiskeys. More to come on that subject perhaps in time. We do hope to visit more of Ireland and of course Scotland, the real home of whiskeys.
So for now, I will focus on booking trips and getting out there as they say and tasting more of the world around me.
