Duck Pond – I tasted their 2011 Pinot Gris. Estate grown fruit. 1300 acres. They hail from Salem. Crisp taste, with a bit of sweet at the finish. Makes me wish I had my husband’s spinach quiche to pair with it out on the patio. Some stats: 12.5% alcohol which is great considering how many wines are up there in the alcohol content. $12.00 retail value.
